We held The Great St David’s Pancake Race on Shrove Tuesday, 21st February 4pm at The Bench, Cross Square for St David’s residents to have some fun on Pancak Day.
The race started from The Bench then round Cross Square and back to The Bench – it sounded easy being the fastest without dropping your pancake was tough!

Rumble in the Gym – Penknife vs St Davids Netball Team
On Friday 10th February at 7pm in the St Davids Sports Centre, the mighty Penknife Club took on the nearly undesputed champions of the netball court, the St David’s Netball Team. Unfortunately the Penknife team lost but to be fair none of us had played netball in our lives before!
This challenge was all in aid of the Special baby Care Unit at Withybush Hospital and we raised nearly £300 by asking people to pay just £1 to Guess the Score.
Many thanks to Les James and to the Netball Ladies for putting on such a great event and as you can see we all took it very seriously. There are photos on our Facebook Page here.
