Sponsored Walk Sunday 6th May 2018

In honour of Lukey Harding, this year the 2018 Penknife Club Sponsored Walk will take place on Sunday 6th May. We are deeply humbled to be able to use this event to raise money for the Harding Family whose two chosen charities “tenovus cancer care” and “paul sartori” along with other causes that we support locally.

This is just a small way to thank the legend that is Lukey Harding for embracing the challenges of life and making us all better human beings for having shared his life with us.

It’s a great event  for all the family, pushchair friendly and a healthy way to raise money for some amazing charities that do so much for those who are suffering and standing up to cancer, not forgetting all those friends and family members that effected by this. #teamHarding #standuptocancer

Last year over 60 people joined us on an adventurous day for a fantastic walk and we hope to make this year even better.

The plan so far is to meet at The Royal George  Solva, where we can enjoy the hospitality of Barry and Mary, register by 10am ready to set off at 10.30am. We’ll head off on a beautiful scenic 5 mile ish route around the village and stunning harbour of Solva, before making our way across to the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside to the City  of St Davids (after several water stops). Once in St Davids, we will make our way to the Farmers Arms Inn for a well-earned pint, some food and enjoy the hospitality and entertainment curtesy of Kathy.

This year where possible we would like to set a £10 entrance fee!!  Or for those who wish to use our sponsorship form entrance is free providing you raise at least £10 worth of sponsorship.   For those unable to pay the entrance fee, we are happy for a small donation as a nominal entrance fee

Anyone wishing to raise some more money please grab a Sponsorship Form here.
